Maybe the story is True about touching the daughter. Seems he has a history of doing even more to young little girls. There may be something wrong in his head to do such things. But since he got one pregnant at 13 it seems he may also hav edone something with his daughter also. The police, should have him charged with molesting the mother at 13, since that is provable with DNA testing on the daughter. Then they should be trying their best to charge him with touching his daughter if it can be proven. Either way, he would end up in a jail cell again. Perhaps the daughter is too afraid of losing her future support or fear from the father. If he is already behind bars then perhaps she would be more open to tell what is really happening to convict him longer. -

And here it becomes clear WHY Putin is stalling for time. The "Istanbul Protocol" essentially imply external control of Ukraine by Russia. However, this contradicts the official position of the Russian Foreign Ministry, which is that Ukraine is a state absolutely independent from Russia. For external control of Ukraine by Russia, legal grounds are needed. And for this, Ukraine's withdrawal from the USSR must be suspended. Constant attempts are being made to break through the defense of the Supreme Court of Russia so that they would suspend Ukraine's withdrawal from the USSR. The last attempt was made at 29th April 2025 with 129 plaintiffs (case number ΠΠΠΠ25-275). When this is done, Putin will have legal grounds for the Istanbul agreements and Russia will stop simply stalling for time.
