Maybe you've been vomiting for the last 2 years. That could explain why you don't know about the huge bills that the Biden got passed into law.

Right, you mean the bills that are crippling America with debt, the one that had so many pages that nobody could read in time, the one where all you Dems. jumped on board with a handful of Rino's. Biden if he was in charge which he's not is trying to destroying America. It's a shame you can't see this but one day you will.

I thought Bidens speech was great, and that is echoed in other publications around the world that I have read.

You are probably right that the country is far too broken to listen to the great points in his speech, and sadly the Republicans and supporters thereof still pander after the lies and deceit of the former president, and as can easily be seen, the GOP is in one helluva mess and it is by their doing that the country is in this state.

Obviously, that would depend on one's political bias. I have the opposite opinion and think he had nothing to offer except rhetoric. The Dems and the GOP are IMO just two sides of the same coin and each as useless as the other.

Donald Trump had a positive reaction to Biden's SOTU speech...

“Look, he worked hard tonight, it’s not a natural thing for him, it never was, and never will be, but you’ve got to give him credit for trying. I disagree with him on most of his policies, but he put into words what he felt, and he ended up the evening far stronger than he began. Give him credit for that,” Trump said in a Truth Social post where he shared his official rebuttal."

I'm genuinely surprised by that.  Are we sure it was Donald Trump who posted it?

obviously you are referring to the liar in chief who sent the deficit 25% higher.....and told lies and continues to lie to the "seals" who lap it all up even if it includes trying to overthrow an election....

see no evil hear no evil.....

if only the Don would pay up the taxes he owes, like the majority of the country, the deficit would not look so bad. Claiming you're extra smart by cheating taxes, should make any GOP'er ashamed to mention the deficit.

In 4 short years Donald’s failed policies have added 25% to the total debt the USA has accumulated in over 200 years I call that bigley bad business and a massive failure

Come on, it wasn't all bad.

<sarcasm>

Those tax cuts for the rich were the best thing for all Americans.

This thread is about the SOTU speech, which certainly/unfortunately includes the GOP so maybe try to limit your wannabe mod replies, OK?

Big difference with the GOP and the new brand phenomenon AKA MAGA. If MAGA was not so powerful, prolific, loved, FEARED why does Biden's deep state and weaponized FBI, DOJ pester Trump...24/7...non-stop. But, now it's slow Joe's turn, watch for updates from Comer and Congress.

Neither has Biden, two more years of hate and BS and do nothing.

Afghanistan debacle was a major (disaster) undertaking for Biden.

Why does thee FBI and DOJ "pester" someone who held thousands of government documents, many of them highly classified, and refused to return them?  Because it's their job.

Afghanistan was a debacle created by President George Bush, made worse by Trump's cut and run peace plan, and ended by Biden.

The problem is that those Maga folks think they are powerful and loved (now that's hilarious) but in reality they are snowflakes and sidelined by voters and did very poorly at the polls. Their Maga policies are detest by the majority.
