Often buy from them. No problems.

Same here.

About 10 years ago, customs began to be a pia.

So all people I know now keep their orders low, not over 45 or 50 USD per package. Otherwise you may have to travel to a post office (and it may not be the nearest one) to pay 500 baht import duty, takes the better part of a day.

Are customs still an issue?

How long do the products take to arrive?

iHerb seems to have worked out well how to label the packages and also what limit to ship (you will get an error message if you try to order more at a time, in value, than they can be delivered without issue.

Haven't had any customs issue in years using them

How long to arrive will depend on the item and where you live. I usually get in a few weeks.

My understanding is that as long as you keep your orders to under 1,500 baht, customs will not interfere.

My deliveries usually take two to three weeks. I have two separate orders on the way now - separated intentionally to avoid any customs duties.

I see they have free shipping for orders over 1,500 baht.

Yes, but if your order is high enough to qualify for free shipping you run the risk of having to pay import duty

Update on my previous estimate of the delivery time: I ordered two packages on 2 March, and they both arrived today (to my pleasant surprise), after only eight days! (I am in Bangkok.)

I've been buying monthly from iHerb for most of this year, and the typical delivery time has been about 8 days.

However, this month the deliveries are significantly slower. I noticed in the order tracking that this month my orders are being delivered from LA to BKK via Doha, whereas in the past it had been LA to BKK via SG, so this change in transhipment location seems to have slowed the delivery times. Hopefully, the current delays are only temporary.
