Espionage with which Flynn was complicit is still a possible charge as well. Remember the meeting in Trump tower and the meeting with Lavrov without any US staff present.

Nixon was a creep, but he wasn't responsible for the deaths of massive numbers of stupid citizens who believed the lies, the lack of action and direction about a pandemic from the leader.
