Thailand's Thepchaiya storms into semi finals at World Six Red Snooker Championships in Pathum Thani

Thepchaiya Un-Nooh of Thailand

Thepchaiya Un-Nooh stormed into todays semi finals at the World Six Red Snooker Championships 2023 in Pathum Thani yesterday evening.

 

The Thai snooker ace beat China's Anda Zhang 6-2.

 

Also making the semifinals was China's Ding Junhui who beat former 15 red world champion Stuart Bingham , also by 6 frames to two.

 

At press time in the other semis Hossein Vafaei of Iran and Judd Trump of England plus Tom Ford of England and Scotland's John Higgins were still battling it out at the Thammasat University Convention Centre.

 

Today's semis are at 3 and 6.30pm.

 

The final will be played on Saturday at 3pm with the winner set to receive 4.2 million baht in the biggest snooker event held in Thailand in many years.
