If you get a call from a person with a heavy Indian accent who claims to be “Michael Johnson” or “Elizabeth Jones” and uses language that likes of FBI or IRS etc wouldn’t use and you fall for it, unfortunately is a poor reflection on your intellect. But this is about Americans being dupped (yes, I'm American) and no body mentions how stupid the Americans were! The difference in responses stupefies me. And that's my 2 cents worth....
