Is there a direct lane/way from central embassy to the nearest BTS?

you can walk through Central Chidlom from 2nd floor Central Embassy
and walk directly to BTS Chidlom from the 3rd floor there.

There is an exit that takes you out on to the Skywalk if that is what you mean.

Yes to both Chidlom BTS (through Central by DeanDeluca) and to Ploenchit BTS (exit by Paul bakery)

You can walk from Central  Embassy to Ploenchit BTS on the skybridge linking the two locations.

That's correct... And as noted by another poster above, that skywalk entrance-exit to Central Embassy is right where the PAUL bakery-restaurant is located inside.

 

The skywalk between Ploenchit BTS and Central Embassy also includes a connection enroute to the HomePro store located nearby.
