Relevance?

Ironic that people that aren't rich question the supersititions of people with more money.

Now Aroon is a smart guy. he has a good job, very well paid (and I mean that), big house, hot wife etc and he visits the fortune teller regularly.

The guy is smashing it. Copy what he does.

I'm pretty certain there are more poor supersitious people than rich

I'm pretty sure no negative people are rich.

Really, smiling? I had to zoom in and when I did it looks more like a smirk than a full out smile.

the fortuneteller certainly is... she charges enough!!

And you know how much she charges every time he goes to see her?

Worse, he could be wasting many times more money gambling.

Lots of highly successful sportsman and women are superstitous. They do things to create belief they will win.

Amuses me to see Premiership players who are Muslim, cross themselves as they enter the pitch.

^^ this is what I saaid.
i just find it very perplexing that outwardly logical seeming people by day are really superstitous and illogical by night. how do they balance the inevitable internal conflict inside?

Belief in God is irrational

Belief in the big bang is irrational

Belief in n a multiverse is irrational

Belief in time is irrational

Predicting the future skillfully doesn't seem as irrational as any of the above.

There's a book on Luck I wish to read. Basically people who believe they are lucky are more lucky.
