Thai woman arrested for allegedly killing 5 with cyanide

Featured Replies

Weird she didnt had any symptoms then prior to dying. She even drove her car.

So she got it just going out the car? High dose, but then it is almost fast effective. However she walked to the pier.

I red measuring in blood takes quite some time. 3mg/ltr is deadly. But ok , they must have found that with autopsy, as told.

Proven she was poisoned.

Sad to see we had a serial killer on the loose, and then she murdered her own friend....may the deceased RIP.

  • Police are saying probably at least 7-9 victims from more people that are now coming forward. She's actually married to a police officer. I wouldn't be surprised if this gets a capital sentence.

BANGKOK, April 26 (TNA) –  A female suspect denied any involvement in serial murders by cyanide poisoning  but the police oppose her bail for fear she could escape.

The suspect, identified as Ms Sararat “Aem” was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly killing her friend Ms Siriporn “Koy” who collapsed and died when she went to realease fish for merit making in Ratchaburi. The autopsy found cyanide in her body and her relatives filed a complaint to the police, leading the arrest of the suspect.

As an avid detective novel reader, I want to know how she gave the cyanide in various locations. Cyanide is said to smell of almonds, which is not hard to distinguish in food and drink.

Numerous other victims she may have poisoned would have been cremated. Assuming relatives have kept some ashes, is it possible to detect potassium cyanide in a sample?

I wonder what torrent of lies she will spew to the police..

But seriously ..she was poisoning ppl left right and center and expected to get away with it? ????‍♂️

Given the number of victims, now possibly as high as 13, and the length of time she has been at it, she pretty much did get away with it. Pure bad luck on the last one led to her demise.

Perhaps the victims were offered a bag of poisoned almonds as a treat from a friend. Perhaps she attempted, and failed, with many more people, because they didn't like almonds

As I said in the previous reports comments: Perhaps she gave her victims a packet of poisoned almonds. The reason they dropped dead in various locations is because that is where they chose to open and eat the poisoned almonds. Perhaps many more escaped death because they didn't like almonds. Perhaps there are many more potential victims with unopened packets of poisoned almonds given by her as a gift

16 victims and still counting according to my buried in her phone Mrs ????

Potential victims from 6-7 years ago. A lot of the latest victims seem to have been in one of those 'share' loan groups. If the killer's been running share groups for years who knows what the total might be.

Watch out for those angry women. Hell hath no fury as a woman scorned.

RIP victims.

The land of smiles is not without it's dangers and those dangers surface in many forms.

Would this many deaths call for a death sentence for the murderer?

Capsule supposedly to help with COVID-19 from a pharmacist relative was her story.
This may not be the case in every situation. She paid some boys to get rid of the containers and some more were found in her ex-husband’s back yard. She allegedly killed him too.

Having watched a few murder documentaries, I can't recall anyone ever going on about the almond smell as a major issue when doing the dirty deed with cyanide and I definitely don't recall anyone running around with bags of almonds as their death delivery system.

I think it much more likely she simply added/sprayed or poured some cyanide into something the victim ingested. I could imagine given the relatively pungent tastes and aromas in most Thai food- quite easily done. I have even heard of cases where a spray or spill of cyanide concentrate to skin/face/clothing can lead to death.

I was being facetious, as for using bags of almonds as the delivery system, there's always a first time, or maybe she baked them a cake with almond icing????
