I've put it in as phishing with Gmail  but how do I let the RTP know about it?

Just delete it and block the email address. RTP will do nothing.

Obviously, an attempted scam, Bangkok Bank does not send out unsolicited loan approvals, neither does it, or any bank, use WhatsApp!

If you want to report it, start with calling Bangkok Bank on their proper number, 1333, not the number shown on the email.
