UPDATE: Canadian Suspect Extradited to Thailand for Allegedly Murdering Indian Man in Phuket

Phuket – An important Canadian suspect was sent back to Thailand after he allegedly murdered a Canadian – Indian man in Phuket.

 

The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) reports the Alberta Court in Canada has judged to send the suspect Mr. Matthew Dupre back to Thailand for legal action. They and Royal Thai Air Force Officers went to Vancouver, Canada to pick up the suspect, Mr. Matthew Dupre. The plane arrived at the Air Force Base at Don Mueang International Airport, Thailand on Sunday night (May 28^th).

 

More than 100 Thai and Canadian officers secured the airport. During the transportation from the airport to the police office over a hundred police officers strictly secured the route as well, due to fear of possible threats against the life of Mr. Dupre to prevent him from testifying.

Yup, massive overkill....and I guess all the Thai officers in the photos are all pointing fingers at the perp. I guess I'm surprised that Canada would extradite a citizen for killing an Indian...what if he gets the death penalty, or what of the food in prison isn't good. Never mind if he is given the death penalty at least he will be eligible for bail. (Satire for those folk who are challenged bye this sort of comment)

Unless they put 100 officers undercover in the prison , if the guy is in some 'shady' business then he will wont live long after a well guarded plane trip

Is this not the case where Dupre entered Thailand with another Canadian and conducted a professional hit on this Indian - Canadian criminal. Both handguns used in the murder and discarded after the shooting belonged, one to a retired policeman and the other to a retired army officer. As per usual we have never heard anything further in relation to the handguns.

 

It is intriguing how two hitmen  from overseas and arrive in Thailand to conduct this murder are able to source weapons from such ex high ranking officers.

I would rather see this killer in a Thai prison than a comfy Canadian prison.. Less TVs and other comfort

items in the Thai prisons.
