I get the feeling most sites that are ran by agents prefer to only list the more pricy properties... When using max. price filter, first results (lowest) are too often only the downpayment required.. or even the price per sqrm.. You'll probably find more at this price point unadvertised. Might have to do some field work. Walk around the area, find a suitable building/location, check with management office on the first floor.
