Serial petitioner and political activist Srisuwan Janya has vowed to continue checking the performance of political parties and politicians, despite the fact that the Provincial Administration Department (PAD) has dissolved his organisation, the Association to Protect Thai Constitution (APTC).

 

On Friday, PAD Director-General Manrat Ratanasukon issued an order to disband the association, which was registered on May 13th, 2009 in Bangkok, on the grounds that three founding members of the association claim that they have never been members and two of them did not attend the first meeting of the founding members on May 26th, 2008.

 

As such, the department decided to revoke the license of the association, as it does not meet the legal requirement of at least 10 founding members to apply for registration.

This needs investigating, fake members indeed. If true, he should be barred from commentating on politics for 10 years with a suspended sentence over his head

The defunct Association to Protect Thai Constitution has announced that it's next meeting will be held in the Tuk Tuk parked by the Grand Palace.

Na, you have not seen the back of him I am sure that he will be able to find 10 people for Chang will attend his meeting and be a founder of the new.  I like the old way of party

Being a serial petitioner sounds like a full time occupation. It would be interesting to know how he supports himself and family if any.
