IPTV ideas?

Hi,

I’m looking to dive in to the IPTV world but I have no idea which supplier to use.

Anybody in the area that can help?

I’m sick of paying for Satellite TV. What they offer these days (platinum package) is poor. Very repetitive shows and way too many food channels. Just not worth the money.

I like F1, football (soccer), UK, US tv series/shows/comedy but also I need something that shows Thai channels for my wife.
I know I could get a separate box with free Thai channels but as we often watch tv together, would prefer it to be combined.
I did search online for a few but I hit brick walls when it came to payment. Wanted PayPal, crypto or wallet payment methods. I don’t use either.
Any recommendations or contact details would be much appreciated..

PM me if you prefer it that way.
Thanks in advance.

My advice is whichever you choose insist on a free trial first and monthly payment, I tried a few over the last few years and all buffer/freeze, especially during live football.

I have been using HDPrime for about 5-6 years now, I have tried others but all fly by night poor quality sh*t from individuals trying to make a quick buck.

HDPrime for TV from UK and other countries, all EPL football, all sky sports channel and far more than you would ever watch, 3 day catchup which is important for UK TV. All for 380 Baht per month, pay monthly with True slips from 7/11.

Email them for a free trial, they usually oblige.

What you do need is up to date equipment to watch on, don't be using a android box or old laptop with Android 7 or windows 7 etc. A good android box with 5g, 4GB and android 11 will be just over 1,000 Baht.

Thats my tenpenneth worth, a free trial cost you nothing.

Another option is go to a bar where they have uninterrupted TV coverage and ask who their supplier is.

Keep us informed if you find a better supplier.

They say Android TV boxes are illegal for sometime in Thailand and can get on into trouble.

VPN is great but Netflix seems to block when they detect a know Ip address via VPN ? So what alternative ?

As regards the performance of VPN's, I subscribed to 'ZenMate' but, despite complaining several times during the first 30 days it was unable to unblock BBCi Player. I cancelled and got my money back in full. Since then, I have subscribed to 'Surfshark' which has worked perfectly for me for the last three years.

Android TV boxes are illegal despite being sold all over apprently. Is there some kind of official sticker or norm not to buy something illegal ?

Android boxes are perfectly legal, what is illegal is streaming pirated TV and movies.

Not ranting, you posted about how reliable they are, I replied to your post.

it's the original post from me, kindly refer to my comment, if you don't like the post or not happy with it, your option is ... "did u took the time to contact the guy who posted it? "  by your defensive behavior one would /could think that u are somehow involved with the mentioned company/service, is it the case? if so there is a good reason to follow my original recommendation, contact the guy who posted a negative comment about it

Pulse TV is probably the most reliable IPTV.

A little more expensive. (1,000 Baht a month)

But it works.

Yes, I've been using it for nearly 5 years.  Rarely has issues and good customer support when required, although no longer on Live chat (which is a shame).

I've been running Pulse TV since last August, and once I got my internet sorted out (changed from True to AIS Fibre) it has been pretty much flawless.   Their servers are in BKK, so unlike other streaming services, no international bandwidth is required.   Anyone experiencing buffering has an issue with their internet speed.  I've also found that their online 'help' service is pretty efficient, and having it during what could be considered normal office opening hours is fine.

They have an excellent library of movies and TV shows also, including very recent movies (I watched Trainspotting 2 the other day).   In their 'International' channel selection, they have Thai channels for those interested.   Their subscription allows for 4 device connections, so I have it on my TV (via a box), and direct to my PC and smartphone, and one spare connection when required.

There seems to be something wrong with that particular web page, however if you scroll down you will start to see images like this...
