Pattaya — 40 Pattaya police officers inspected bars across the city last night, June 23rd, and uncovered three bar workers with illicit drugs in their systems.

The operation took place starting around 10:30 PM and was led by deputy police chief of Pattaya Police Station Pol. Lt.Col. Surachet Aneksri.

Police aimed to ensure that all pub-goers, staff members, and business operators obey the rules, such as not taking drugs, overstaying their legal visas, or carrying weapons.

Insanity! These fools will do anything to "justify" their pathetic existence. Thanks RTP for such a great job of adding no value to the country.

Man the trawler with a 40 strong crew and come back with 3 minnows.

Job not well done.

'authorities discovered that only two tables were occupied by customers while more than 20 staff members were present.'  Sounds about right for most Thai Service companies.

'The inspected venues were randomly picked, according to Pol. Lt. Col. Suradet, and this time it landed on a bar named Bar Host 169,' - there was only ONE from a list of those not paying their protection money this month.

Probably very common. I guess it explains the quality of service in many of these establishments.
