Cream of Wheat - Where to buy?

Featured Replies

You might try Semolina. Available at Rimping. It is cheap. Add a little toasted Wheat Germ. I cook it in the microwave and add some dried fruits and a dab of honey while cooking.

Doesn't sound like it would be even close to the experience of Cream of Wheat.

  • You've missed the entire point.  You could mix vegetable powder in soy milk and ground earthworms, and obtain an nutritious meal which is also an "experience."  But it's not an experience I particular

Rimping (Meta Mall) - quite sure they should have it, or similar at least.

If you are looking for ingrediants to make it yourself - YOK intertrade on the 11 Ring road.

As delicious as it is, I discovered that my body didn't react well to Cream of Wheat. Or, for that matter, ALL wheat products. I do NOT have any allergies to wheat products or even gluten alone. But my body's joint movement becomes much smoother after a week or two of no wheat products.
I'm at the age where joint pain starts to become a bother; hands, shoulders, knees, etc., all feel much better when I stop eating wheat products. Those little niggling aches and pains, not enough to medicate, but enough to annoy, all seem to go away when I stop eating wheat products.
There's an interesting book out there called "Wheat Belly" that explains the mechanics of this, but I didn't read it until about 2 years after I stopped eating wheat products. It was an interesting read, and anecdotally, I concur with everything it said!
Stopping eating wheat products improved my health. Feels like a lube job on my musculoskeletal system. Strange but true!
