What is my best option for getting a Post Office box in Phnom Penh?

I have been advised that usually no more are available and those who have them are not giving them up. Are there commencial alternatives

available? General mail service does not seem to be reliable. Any advice appreciated

Mail service doesn't really deliver. The post office will just hold onto it. Unless you put your phone number on it. They will phone you. You will  go to pick it up and you tip them maybe 1,000.

 

Otherwise use something like DHL for international or Virak Buntham Express logistics for local.

Virak Buntham are also a bus company. The offices are usually separate.

Same deal with your phone number on the outside.
