Unidentified Man's Body Found in '22 July Circle' Pond in Bangkok

On July 16th, authorities received a report at 11:00 am about an unidentified male corpse found in a pond located in '22 July Circle', Pom Prap district, Bangkok.

 

The shallow water body, merely ankle-deep, had become the man's silent grave. The body of the man, estimated to be between 45-50 years old, and approximately 170-175 cm tall, was heavily tattooed. He wore no shirt and black shorts, with no personal identification documents found, reported Siam Rath

The body was bloated and showed signs of advanced decomposition, leading forensic doctors to presume death occurred at least three days prior. The man was unknown to local residents, presumed to be a transient who had been using the pond.

 

Forensic doctors are conducting an autopsy to determine the cause of death and identify the man. The authorities are also attempting to find any relatives to claim the body.
