MartinL Posted July 31, 2023 Share Posted July 31, 2023 For the last many years, my wife has ordered from Lazada on her phone, I've made all my orders from my laptop. Both sets of orders are on the same account and have previously appeared together on the laptop under "My Orders" and I've always managed any problems from there. In the last few weeks, my wife's phone orders no longer appear on my laptop so the list of orders is incomplete - only mine appear. Nothing has changed - from our end - on the account that might cause separation of these two sets of orders. Anybody else noticed this and might have a solution? I get far more requests for two-step verification these days than I used to, especially when shipping to a 3rd party address.
