Lazada - List of Orders Incomplete

For the last many years, my wife has ordered from Lazada on her phone, I've made all my orders from my laptop. Both sets of orders are on the same account and have previously appeared together on the laptop under "My Orders" and I've always managed any problems from there.

 

In the last few weeks, my wife's phone orders no longer appear on my laptop so the list of orders is incomplete - only mine appear. Nothing has changed - from our end - on the account that might cause separation of these two sets of orders.

 

Anybody else noticed this and might have a solution?

Contact Lazada and ask them - in my experience they reply fast. 

Clearly your wife changed her method of logging in, then filled in the account details some time later, or used an old account of hers.

 

Perhaps she wishes some privacy for her more "private" personal purchases, eh?

 

Or maybe just her error.

I've noticed Lazada seems to have upped it's security policies in the last few months.  I get far more requests for two-step verification these days than I used to, especially when shipping to a 3rd party address.
