But I am not surprised that they feel that they have a "Good Bangkok" experience. Neither am I surprised at the negative views expressed here (by, seemingly, posters who are not the sort who read that magazine). I don't like cities, so I don't like Bangkok. But I do recommend it as a 'good visit' to people who can afford to stay at the Peninsula, and be just shown selected bits of Bangkok. (When I visit Bangkok, I stay somewhere cheap. But, if I have the time, I go over to the Peninsula to partake, big way, of the buffet breakfast). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
