TPDH
Hey. On the KBANK mobile app when there's a charge it only says "Debit card spending" or "Direct Debit" and "Channel" which often just says "E-commerce" or "Online Direct Debit". Banking apps in other countries typically tells you which company charged you. Without that info it's hard to understand what all your charges are for. Is there a way to see which company charged you? Thank you.
OneMoreFarang
In my experience there is sometimes no way to tell who charged you. To analyze my records, I compare my bank statements with my emails (from the bank and maybe the seller) to get a better idea about the situation. Bill97
I get a SMS every time a charge is made which tells the amount and who was paid. Also get a email with that info. But that is not from KBank. I wouldn’t do business with a bank that paid money from my account to unidentified recipients.
ChaiyaTH
You have to request the statement in the app, this is a PDF send by email and can be unlocked with your birthdate. Here you can see more details usually. Otherwise you can also call the bank to request information, I got money back a few times on dodgy withdrawals too.

You do that type of business all the time, if shops online would use a payment provider it is 50/50 to show their name or the payment processors name.
