Pattaya — The Bunkanchanaram Intersection will be open for traffic once again on August 15th after being closed to facilitate roadwork on Sukhumvit Road.

The Deputy Mayor of Pattaya Mr. Manoch Nongyai on Thursday, August 3rd, went to monitor the progress of the road improvement project on Sukhumvit Road at the Bunkanchanaram Intersection. The representatives of the contracting company, Boonkitthana Limited Partnership, were present to provide a detailed explanation of the work to Manoch.

Bunkanchanaram Intersection is one of the affected sites from the improvement project to improve the deteriorating road surface of Sukhumvit Road. Other affected crossroads include Chaiyaphruek Intersection, Motorway Intersection, and North Pattaya Intersection.

Thank the lord!

We live near there. It's been holy hell along with all the other traffic and construction going on.

Do these people have to do all these projects at the same time so close together? It's beyond ridiculous! And the police are no help. No traffic controls. No added U turns. Nothing.

It always amazes why they can not complete one section at a time, not necessary this construction, but building multiple, flyovers all along one highway, just finish one, move on to the next, example on highway 36.
