Honestly, even in the west not everyone make a full recovery after a complicated femur fracture. One of my mates  ended up with multiple fractures of his femur after a bad landing . Once healed they broke his bone and stretched his leg millimetre by millimetre over 3 months he had to spend in bed. But it worked.

So botched he has no leg? Bone crush injury  can be fatal . He lives to complain?

Spent months in Hospital this year alone.

Speaking with friends back home that work in hospitals, my medical care was much better here.

yeah, cos it was my fault that the doctors and nurses were rubbish eh.

In the west,  they shortened my leg by just 1.5cm
