A dispute over stolen crops escalated into a shooting incident in the quiet town of Thalang, Phuket. A thirty three year old man, resorted to using his airgun, leading to the injury of a 24 year old man.

PHEU THAI de facto boss/ former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra was rushed to the Police Hospital from Bangkok Remand Prison in the middle of the night after it was found that he was suffering from insomnia, chest tightness, high blood pressure and low oxygen level at his finger tip, Matichon newspaper and Sanook.com said today (Aug. 23).
