Popular Post snoop1130
A Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) employee was accused of being drunk and disorderly at the wheel after causing an accident while driving an official company car. Several broken bottles of wine were found inside the woman’s vehicle after the accident. The accusation against the woman, the assistant and acting director of Payao Provincial DDPM, was brought to the public’s attention on a Facebook page “Watchdog” (ปฏิบัติการหมาเฝ้าบ้าน). The page stated that the woman used a DDPM vehicle, TR Transformer II with a registration plate number 7กบ 5092, for personal purposes, not work-related. According to the page, the woman drove the car home after attending a party at a restaurant called Wooden House Payao. The page accused the woman of drinking alcohol before driving which contributed to the road accident. The presence of shattered bottles of wine inside the vehicle seemed to corroborate these claims. The woman in question was caught using a state vehicle for personal use. The government official may have escaped with the abuse of state property for personal use, except that, while driving the car, she crashed the vehicle. The incident happened today but was quickly picked up and went viral on social media. The government official was involved in an accident that resulted in minor damage to the government-owned vehicle. But it was quickly revealed that the car was not out on official business at the time of the crash, and the government official now stands accused of using the state car for her own needs. The DDPM issued a letter directly to the governor of Phayao. The governor is in charge of overseeing all regional government officials and also holds the power to assign disciplinary investigations and actions. snoop1130
Phayao civil servant denies drink-driving after flipping government vehicle A female civil servant shared a story about the Phayao accident that involved her flipping a government vehicle. She insists she was not under the influence of alcohol at the time. She explained the events of the day and stated her readiness to cooperate with any investigation. The Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DPM) has sent a letter to the governor of Phayao province, who is in charge of regional civil servants and has disciplinary powers, asking him to establish a committee to investigate this female civil servant. She had used a government vehicle for non-official purposes and had an accident. There was also an order to transfer her to assist at the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Centre, Zone 15, Chiang Rai. The female civil servant, who is also a special policy and planning analyst at the Phayao Provincial Office of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, revealed that the accident occurred on the night of August 16. She insisted she wasn’t drinking and driving as portrayed by social media. She took the office’s car to survey landslide problems in the area because it was raining heavily that night, which led to the unfortunate Phayao accident, reported KhaoSod.
