Restaurant at Suvarnabhumi for Good American/English Breakfast?

I have an early flight out of Suvarnabhumi next week, so I won't have time to have breakfast at home. Can anyone recommend a place to have a good American or English breakfast at the airport - for after I check in? Thanks.

Buy or upgrade to get the "Departure Lounge" access. Since the restaurants at the airport charge 3-5x as much as outside the price will equal itself out and the food/comfort will be better.
