A bit of a fracas at the airport today.

It seems that there was a fight between two mini van drivers at the airport today.

I am not sure if it was at the official waiting area for arrivals or the unofficial one just outside the entrance to airport.

Anyway, it appears that driver 1 argued with driver 2 then punched him in the face.

Driver 2 went to his van, picked up his gun, and shot driver 1.

I understand that driver 1 has passed away. RIP

Driver 1's friends restrained driver 2 before he could get away.

Has anyone else heard or seen anything?

Not really, people don't get shot over simple things like that back home, becoming a regular occurrence

nah, not where Im from it doesnt. or at least not with teh alarming regularity that it happens here in the land of such beautiful smiles.

My gf told me it was an argument between Grab and taxi drivers, and the Grab driver was shot dead. The Samui taxi mafia protecting the ripoff prices.
