And no, there aren't that many white collar criminals, for obvious reasons.

White collar people own factories where weapons of war are made. Far as I'm concerned they are all criminals, even if what they do is "legal". War is the biggest crime of all, IMO.

 

Millions of poor people never commit crimes that gain a prison sentence. I doubt many alive that never committed some breach of the law.
