convert THB to $, google got sticky fingers and kept 23 $ or 825 THB ?

Have no idea of adsense payment system but suspect you mean convert some kind of $ to Thai Baht?  Is exchange done by Google or do they send foreign dollars for local exchange?

I did a search and got that google withholds taxes. Could this be the issue?
