I thought that / tears, was intentional, since having one of those POS Nokias of tears past.   Dam thing wasn't cheap either.  One of the few buyer regrets here.

Not much of a holiday celebrating kind of guy, just tag along if the wife gets a wild one up the yingyang. Only thing for certain as with any day is my kickass cup of coffee in the morning and a five km walk up the hill. I am so lazy, it's almost being belief.  Or at least I usually don't get too enthusiastic about cooking at home.  

 

So I end up ordering something like this pizza, from Dom's Pizza:

 

 

 

Or maybe some fish tacos from Taco Taco Taco:

 

Beef tenderloin, r-g-y pepper, onion stir fry.  Cleaning out frig.  Remembered had pork tallow, so threw that in with a bit of flour & milk, so turned into a nice gravy.  Tasty enough by itself. 

 

Sprinkled w/spring onions, having way too much from the garden.  Gave some to the neighbor, and small food vendor that the wife gets stuff from every now & then.

 

Baked bread today, so had my couple slices of carb already.  Wife has plenty leftover rice.

 

Again ... yea, why not 😎

Thai "Wagyu" Ribeye Steak on a Charcoal Grill. Kosher Salt and left in the fridge for 20 hours. Sure was fine, the cold steak and cheese sandwhich the next day is just as good as it was when it was hot and juicy. 

Still learning my new Grill so a little more done than I prefer but still a lovely strip of pink throughout😍
