(thank you France) Only posting as curious ... just how much oil do we consume, when deep frying 2 orders of FF. Pre (pan & oil) wt 2003g vs 2991g, all of 12g absorbed by FF. 12g = 2 - 3 tsp depending what scale using (4-5g / tsp)
October 9, 2025Oct 9 Early dinner, lazy, simple, couple cans of tuna, one sandwich, and a bit more, just wrapped in lettuce. One store bought roll is enough, though far from a 'sweet' roll. Strangely, dog and myself didn't finish it. A few forks of pickled cabbage as a side.
October 9, 2025Oct 9 I didnt make anything special tonight, Aloo paratha, frozen ones from Makro but they are ok, and a bowl of salad, sorry I didn't take any photo's,

October 28, 2025Oct 28 Lite dinner, since gainws a Kg or so, eating all the crap I did the last 2 weeks. Egg, Bratwurst, some Parmesan, drizzle of Maggie, so not really needing any crap store bought salad dressing. Do that a lot on a 'boring' garden salad. Can mix it up with different proteins, or some fruit (apples / oranges) and cheese. If I make a dressing, it's simple, honey mustard or a vinaigrette. Keep things interesting and no need for a starchy carb.

November 9, 2025Nov 9 Simple when lazy ... grilled cheese & beans. Yea, I know, you Brits would just put the beans on top the 'open' grilled cheese or vise versa ... Nah

Had a very nice one from Tigglebitties last night as we are having a week's break in Jomtien. Nice cheeseburger with homemade beef patty for 175 baht. Lots of salad and fried onions which I like.
