Prime Minister Sretha and his Finance Minister met with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the 'Belt and Road Forum' in Beijing. They discussed boosting bilateral agricultural trade, and fostering cultural exchange and tourism over the next two years.

 

The Supreme Court is considering the creation of a dedicated narcotics appeal court to speed up the process of freezing drug network assets. This decision follows the appointment of the new Supreme Court President, as drug-related cases now comprise more than 85% of incarcerations.
