Dave0206 Posted November 8, 2023 Posted November 8, 2023 Ah well no double standards here the alleged victim has anonymity whilst the accused has his name and picture in print . Might as well get the rope ready 1 1

About time either the woman making accusations is named or the man's name not released and all stories banned on it until trial 2 2
newbee2022 Posted November 8, 2023 Posted November 8, 2023 Yet another case that a man does not know the meaning of "NO" by a woman. Showing no respect at all. So let the court decide how to punish him. 1

Last one I saw, I'd call blackout drinking by the alleged victim. She consented, but didn't remember later. In fact, she didn't just consent, she was the instigator. Poor guy was raked over the coals before they found the CCTV footage. (USA, not in Thailand) 1 2
