Eight suspects (some media are reporting up to 10) are in custody suspected of being involved in a fatal Bangkok shooting that killed a teacher and student.

 

On November 11, two people on a motorbike stopped at a bus stop on Sunthorn Kosa Road, in the Khlong Toei area of the capital. The pillion passenger got off the bike and began shooting at a group of students from Rajamangala University of Technology.

 

A stray bullet struck Sarida Sinprasert, a teacher who was standing nearby, who died at the scene. A student who was injured died on Sunday, November 19, at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital.

IMO They need mandatory prison sentencing for Anyone breaking the gun laws, including juveniles  and tightening up the pathetic one's they have now. 

A very long way behind the USA but keep practicing. Eventually your get there!
