We can go on all day.  "yes  it is"  "no it's not"  "Yes it IS". "NO IT"S NOT" Perhaps try a witticism such as

But that does not advance the conversation.

Right or not , I made a point and tried to defend it with my reasoning of how I arrived at that conclusion. 

If you disagree , as you seem to be  present you reasoning why you disagree or take a walk.

Both viable options IMO .
