This past weekend the serene Rang Kai Bay, located at Koh Racha Noi to the south of Phuket, bore witness to a significant environmental action. A 29 year old man was apprehended by authorities for multiple charges including theft and fraudulent use of another person’s electronic card in the Bang Phli district, Samut Prakan province. The arresting team consisted of officers from the Metropolitan Police Bureau 2, who acted on an arrest warrant issued on November 17.
