Your best bet would be to find a jewelry maker that may be interested in buying it. Gold shops obviously won't touch it unless it's 23% plus pure. Another option is to pawn it.

Most gold shops will make you an offer... try Soi  Post office, there is a Gold shop/exchange next door but one or two to the Post Office. Damini I think it is called.

Offer to dentist. Don't know here but in EU they buy and pay well. I sold my old fillings and got 2x what I expected.

Eastern EU it still is common filler. 9, 13 and 18ct are used, I think.
