does any body know any cheapish vietnamese places around suk or siam sq that do a big bowl of pho with all the trimmings.i used to have it for breakfast every day in vietnam and would like to sample when i come to bangkok soon.

theres a place on Thong Lor, at the Tops supermarket center on the second floor, never tried it though!

quite a few places.

7th floor of MBK (national stadium), Plonchit Center Basement (sukhumwit soi 2, plenchit/nana bts), Asia Hotel has a Vietnamese Resteraunt inside (Ratchewari BTS). There is another in Silom Complex (sala daeng), there is one on soi reum rudee (plonchit BTS)

there are others all over the city, these are a couple very close to the BTS that come to mind.

The farang food court at the Emporium has pho for about 100 baht a bowl. Its not top quality pho but it is decent and conveniently located.
