Trump declares ‘the American Dream is dead’ in latest attack on Biden

At a campaign rally in Durham, N.H., former President Trump said under the Biden administration “the American dream is dead” in his latest remarks against Biden.

Joe Biden and the Democrat Party are incapable of solving any problem. They haven’t solved anything, they’ve only created problems,” Trump said. “As long as Joe Biden is in the White House, the American Dream is dead.”

Trump continued, saying things will change the minute polls close next November because he will win again and “that crooked Joe Biden” would be gone.

The former president predicted that it would be a “historic victory by Christmas of next year.”

He then said the economy would be roaring back, energy prices would plummet and the “hoards” of migrants crossing the border “will have ended,” which earned him cheers and applause.

Trump, who is polling ahead of the other Republican presidential candidates in New Hampshire, asked voters to help him secure the nomination before anyone else could find their footing, the Associated Press reported.

According to polling in the state from The Hill’s partner Decision Desk HQ, Trump has a decent lead with 45.9 percent of support.

Former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley is in second with 20.8 percent. Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) trails behind with 12.8 percent, followed by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis at 8.9 percent and entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy at 8.6 percent.

I don't know about the dream, but the American nightmare ended in November 2020!

  • Popular Post

And the American Dream ended when poorly educated voters elected a dumb, narcissistic, crooked and persistent liar to be president of what was supposed to be the greatest nation in the world – – but in doing this, they proved that they no longer great, but are capable of stuffing things up as the best of them.

So sad for America that this dumb orange clown is even given the time of day.

Trump is a puppet of the Federalist Society who are billionaire funded with the goal of convincing people to vote for their protection by giving them scapegoats to blame for everything that's wrong with their own lives. They appeal to the lowest common denominator, fear and loathing and find ready targets.

The American dream was never anything more than a myth anyway, but putting trump back into power will definitely mean the death of American democracy.

No, not yet. Still alive and walking. A bit senile. But hey, they are both not youngsters anymore 😂

He is well aware of his audience. Those who are rabid anti … fill in the black and the disaffected ignorant Americans ( of whom there are far too many). He is a present and current danger to any hope of a continuing American participatory democracy. What is that Chinese curse again? “May you live in interesting times”.

The Disney land nation is steeped in mythology. Americans have always lived in LA LA Land, but under the orange Jesus they have severed all ties with reality, and are now floating in an insane bubble, that when it finally bursts and spills out will make the 3rd Reich look like a walk in the park.

Waiting for the farang khee nok, the beachlover and big nok khee nok to come out and praise the orange retard. The Donnieboy apologist usually get a jump on eveybody else.

Well there's no question that America is in a state of decline, but if this goon gets re-elected all bets are off, at that point the American dream is over for good.

Trump doesn’t know his @ss from his elbow. At first he claimed the economy was doing very badly, because the Biden administration had made a mess of things. Then apparently someone pointed out to him that the economy is in fact doing quite well, even better than when he was president, and in this speech he said that the economy was running on the fumes of what the Trump administration had accomplished, but that it is just a matter of time before the Biden administration will run it into the ground and there will be a crisis that hasn’t been seen since the 1920’s and 30’s.

It’s time this wannabe fascist dictator gets instantly fact-checked for everything he says and claims, because the moment he opens his mouth you can be 100% sure he’s making stuff up, tooting his own horn, telling the most outrageous lies and trying to take credit for things he has had nothing to do with.

The sad thing is that the sheeple that Trump has absolutely no respect for (I personally think he secretly despises the ‘common folk’) keep loving and adoring him, and keep sending him their hard-earned money. How blind can you be?

Not so sure this dream/nightmare is dead ,unfortunately. If there ever was someone deserving of capital punishment, it's Trump. The rest of the GOP should be locked up.The most dangerous organization in human history.

Actually the way way back 1950's was the American dream model. That ended November 22, 1963 in Dallas. Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan and liberal city and state governments followed. Along with the Southern border invasion: gangs like ms 13 , terrorists , million's of illegals overloading medical/social services. It's going to require an authoritarian government to fix this mess

Interesting to see Christie getting some OK numbers. He is the most impressive, along with Haley, but pity he actively supported Trump at various points to, in my mind, take away from his credibility as a decent candidate. But he seems a pragmatic smart guy and a good communicator so America could do worse than go with him.

Authoritarian governments never fix anything, just their own bank accounts and silencing their opponents any way they can.

And liberal city and state governments are to blame? Are you for real? Four years of Nixon/Ford, eight years of Reagan, four years Bush sr. and eight years Bush junior. Not to mention four years of Trump, where the GOP had the Senate, the House and the president. And all these Republican presidents and governments didn’t manage to do anything about immigration. Hmm, I wonder why.

The real problem is that since Reagan, hard-core capitalism has ruled the country. Corporate America is calling the shots and they are interested in just one thing: making as much money/profit as possible, in any way possible. The lower/middle class just got poorer, the middle class has been almost wiped out, and the rich got (a lot) richer and they spend their time counting their money and not giving two hoots about the plight of the average working Joe/Jane.

He forgot to add - vote for me and the American Nightmare comes alive!

If Trump was to be elected, blame the democrats for settling for Biden. Its almost like they want Trump again.

My prediction is that Trump gets the nomination and Biden immediately announces he won't run, citing distraction from the Hunter Biden witch hunt and pardons Hunter on the way out, leaving Trump to be thrashed by whoever gets the Dem nomination.

Let us hope so!

A perfect face saving solution where Biden can withdraw using the "witch-hunt" against his family as his reason for dropping out!

PS; I do not care or even wish for a pardon for Hunter if he is evet found guilty!  I just think Biden should find an excuse to step down and let a younger person take on the mantle and defeat the MAGAmaniac!

Oh, and I believe that such a pardon would be limited only to contempt of congress charges brought by the vampires in congress who hate sunlight. The pardon would likely not extend to tax crimes charged, in my opinion. We'll see

He said that a day or two after he announced in 2015.  Repeating it now is a sign he's running out of new material to babble on about.

Waiting for him to start yacking about mentally defective rednecks, let's see how the base responds to that.

Pity also that he was a lousy governor. Yes, he can speak English ,in contrast to the orange one. How far we have sunk, that sheer eloquence makes you an impressive politician. A hideous lot ,the whole bunch of them.

Trump is a result of a broken America, not the cause, IMO. Before attacking him, look at the reasons anyone would vote for him, let alone millions.

If the American Dream wasn't gone, and America broken, IMO neither Trump nor Biden would have got past a primary.

I believe the American Dream is gone, but did it ever exist in reality?

The US seems to have a habit of putting up awful candidates. Can't think of a decent one since Kennedy, and even he was flawed.

I agree with that 100%. It has to be the reason they are so disappointing. Nixon, Bush the younger, Reagan, Trump and Biden were/ are exceedingly awful, and most of the rest were pretty useless. Carter was a good man, but apparently useless as POTUS and very unlucky with his military adventure. Johnson is a toss up- good on the domestic front, but a hopeless warmonger. I don't actually have an opinion on Bush the elder- at least he actually saw action in WW2 and was lucky to survive.
