I have been using Bangkok Bank ATM's because I was told that they give the best exchange rates... not charges just rates. Anybody have any knowledge on this? Unless you choose the rate offered by the ATM (which nobody should do) you will get the rate as set by the card processor, most likely Visa or Mastercard.
