LikeItHot Posted January 17 Share Posted January 17 I shred and squeeze all the water from Makro potatoes and pan fry them in a thin "pancake". Not chips but they get as crispy as I want and hit that same savory spot. The trick is to cook them covered and don't flip them for a solid five minutes.
