Another vote for the Makro Farm Frites Finest (the big 10mm+ ones)

We also eat the Makro Farm Frites, but prefer the 10mm x 20mm variety.

Saw these in Lotus today for the first time thought I would give them a try...... hand down down best fries I have had in Thailand... cooked in an air fryer20240116_202905.thumb.jpg.fc12f16377a4698b75c5c1d2ba1e75c2.jpg

Have you seen Talley's frozen peas, sweetcorn and mixed veg in the freezer section - the best around.

I'm a fan of Farm-Frites, but my Makro stopped selling my favorite, the big square ones. Anyone else?

I shred and squeeze all the water from Makro potatoes and pan fry them in a thin "pancake".  Not chips but they get as crispy as I want and hit that same savory spot. The trick is to cook them covered and don't flip them for a solid five minutes.  Check YouTube for the best hashbrown advice.
