BANGKOK (NNT) - Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin will formally receive the German President and his delegation, including his spouse, on Thursday, January 25th, at Government House.

The Prime Minister is scheduled to hold bilateral talks with President Steinmeier, accompanied by relevant ministers, to discuss ways to enhance cooperation in mutually beneficial sectors. Both sides will also engage in discussions with the German private sector.

This visit is seen as an opportunity to further strengthen cooperation between Thailand and Germany. President Steinmeier and his delegation will explore several potential sectors in Thailand.

These include electric car and vehicle manufacturing plants, hybrid floating solar power plants, and comprehensive sustainable rice production projects. They will also visit contemporary Thai art museums. The visit is expected to foster knowledge exchange and collaboration in trade, investment, energy, climate change, and vocational education.

This marks President Frank-Walter Steinmeier's first official trip to Thailand since assuming office and is the first presidential visit from Germany to Thailand in 22 years, following President Johannes Rau's visit in 2002.

Get in line behind the Chineese and Indians for fair treatment for your countries tourists.

Are German tourists currently being treated unfairly by Thailand?

After Nord Stream destruction by NATO, Germany is desperate.

Wow, here it's getting interesting...🥳. NATO destroyed the pipeline? I never came across with those news. Who did it? Stoltenberg himself?😂😂😂

Germany is - as far it is known - a member of NATO. And you mean they destroyed their own pipeline???🥳 Amazing view. 😂

Biden himself announced it. And Germany is in fact nothing but a US colony. Now they pay a much higher prices for LNG from the US, and get damaged and deindustrialized as a economic competitior of the US.

It's obvious, it's logic, it's announced by the US. Only blind people cannot see the reality.

If Biden said it how NATO is involved?

Either it is Biden, who said it - I suppose you mean US - or Stoltenberg as Head of NATO. US is only one of the members.

And because it's mentioned by US..... it's the truth? Truth social maybe?? I think you are confused now?😂 I hope you can sleep tonight?🙏
