Seems to be part of the Richmond Sports Bar Guesthouse at 102 Welcome Jomtiem road. It said 100 baht a day. Better deals for longer. 1000 baht deposit. Can't personally recommend though. Always recall that they advertised supplementary insurance and had a wall of positive testimonials posted. No bicycles though.....
