We have a female friend who will give us a baby naturally (I'll have sex with her). I'm told by a legal expert, that she has full custody of the child where the father has none. I'm told she can give the child up for adoption but if this is the case, can we get the legal adoption papers done before birth? I'm worried the mother might change her mind and keep the kid. Marriage for men today is just a legal document saying she can take everything you own if you break up (80% of divorces are by women). She has nothing and can easily win the lotto by legally stealing all the stuff you own by divorcing men today (only in Western countries). My parents have warned me many times to keep her compared to all the disaster women I have dated in the past that they never liked. I've had a very long think about it (most of last year) and I do want her in my life. I think you made it up as he would be your go to on the legal aspects of this situation. It may be better to keep willy in you pants and move on with life. I have been referred to my father's legal friends. You can always get legal aid for free but I'm a person that will make sure I cover all bases if all my assets are up for grabs. There is so many holes in a prenup hence my reason for never getting married. 2. Most lawyers only know the law in one country that they study from. If they want to know law in another country, they have to go back and study which usually takes years. Every country has different laws... 3. You have only heard from me for 5 minutes and you think you can judge my life?!? There are so many fathers out there who have children that aren't there for their kids. I'm financially secure, ready to buy a house in Thailand, car, feed 4+ mouths instead of 2, etc... I think the age of 45 is more mature than the typical 20-year-old having kids, lol. If I have kids now, I'll be 70 years old by the time they have grown up and have done my part in my life in keeping my family legacy going before I die.
