Samut Prakan Police Crack Down on Teen Roadblock Motorbike Race, 22 Individuals Charged

Samut Prakan—On February 22nd, 2024, Phra Samut Chedi police officers publicly revealed a case of teenagers blocking a road in Phra Samut Chedi, Samut Prakan, to hold a motorbike race. As a result, investigative police filed charges against 22 individuals.

 

The court issued an order for a fine of 10,000 baht for each person with 3-month imprisonment suspended on parole. The police took hold of youths and minors of a total of 10 individuals before sending them to the Samut Prakan Juvenile and Family Court for further legal processing, according to the police.

 

The defendants, the guardians of the minors, confessed their involvement in wrongdoings, and the court issued an order for the fine to be reduced in half to 5,000 baht per person.

I bet their guardians are none to happy having to stump up  5000.

 

I think the young fellahs will be doing a bit more than a weeks dishes for this incident. 

 

What's the saying... If you cant do the time.

Yeah, go soft on them, that's the the way to go... teach then a lesson.

Should stick the fine at 10,000, and crush the bikes.
