GreenShone
General Practitioners and shrinks are all over the place. I also have trouble sleeping. A doc once told me to just close my eyes, even if I was awake. It rests the eyes. There are also some music out there that can hypnotize you to sleep. I fall asleep listening to Eminem. Strange, but it does that to me. (Now, hiphop isn't hypnotic music.) If I find boring books, I buy it and store it in my room for those sleepless nights. ") Hot chocolate relaxes me as well. And more importantly, I have a comfy bed. I bought a soft comforter and put it on top of my bed, under the bedsheets. Man, they feel good. Goodluck... hope you get some sleep tonight. John K
Don’t rule out self hypnosis for getting to sleep. It takes just a few minutes to learn the initial relaxation methods.
