How can I PERMANENTLY change the time period from posts since my last visit to Specific time period.

 

It always used to be 365 days, but now, no matter what I do it reverts to posts since my last visit.

 

I change it, follow the idiots guide (written by an idiot) and if I look at something else it sneaks  back. 

 

It is SO annoying.

 

Why do I HAVE to save it as a new stream, when the old stream was OK?
