A Thai man is on the run after he killed his neighbor in a condominium in Nonthaburi province, near Bangkok. The reason for the murder is still being looked into, but it is believed to be due to an argument over their pet dogs.

Police from Rattanathibet station were called to the Seriphap Condominium after reports of a shooting. They found the victim, a 45-year-old Thai man named Kongchai Rodkhai, dead in a ninth-floor corridor. He had several gunshot wounds.

Kongchai was found in a grey T-shirt and blue shorts. His face had two gunshot wounds and his left arm had one. Three bullet casings were found at the crime scene.

Security camera footage helped police identify the killer. Kongchai was about to enter his apartment when another man, his face covered by a ski mask, walked up and shot him multiple times until he fell to the floor. The assailant then left the building on a motorcycle.

The suspected shooter was identified as 47-year-old Narin Prinkprayong, Kongchai's neighbor. He is currently on the run and the reason for the murder is still under police investigation. Narin’s wife told the police that her husband and Kongchai had been arguing over their dogs' behavior for more than a year.

She said Kongchai didn't like the noise from Narin's dog scratching the wall and Narin was annoyed by Kongchai's dog barking a lot. A heated argument had occurred shortly before the murder.

Narin's wife also told police she didn't know how her husband got the gun used in the shooting, and that she hasn't been able to reach him since the incident. She mentioned that Narin had been fighting depression and was taking medicine.

Police are now going through more CCTV footage to try and find out which way Narin might have escaped.

Babies in adult clothing.

Who can live in that type of condo building ?🤔 sounds like slow death to me !!!

So we hear what clothing the deceased is wearing at the time of the shooting including the colour of said items, but the alleged shooter who's done a runner is said to have worn a ski mask.  And that's it?

Perhaps if they gave a more in depth description of what the shooter was wearing, then neitzens maybe able to assist in finding this loose cannon.

Reporting always seems arse about face in these matters.

And the dog will keep scratching and barking.       :post-4641-1156694572:

Such an utterly boneheaded take. Disputes like this happen daily in  the US.
