FEP Blue Basic members who have Medicare Part A and Part B can get up to $800 with a Medicare Reimbursement Account." I and I would expect many of the FEP insured residing overseas have the Standard option. Thus it appears that would not apply to them.

If you have Medicare Part B, you could always switch to Basic during Open Season to get the rebate.
